Leadership and Creativity

In a recent article for Harvard Business Review, author Tom Kelley highlights creativity as a critical component of successful leadership.  Though there are infinite ways to be creative, Mr. Kelley outlines “best-in-class” creative practices, which in turn nurture creativity in others.  Each of these creative practices center on community-building, experimentation and story-telling.
