Chief Executive Officer Jim Dougherty of Madaket, a startup healthcare IT venture, argues to think about culture early in the creation of a company.  Mr. Dougherty suggests defining culture parallel to creating an organization’s business model.  In particular, he illustrates how good culture leads organizations through tough times and drives success when times are good.
