In a recent interview between “The Triple Package” author Amy Chua and Wharton professor Adam M. Grant, Ms. Chua discussed what constitutes the “triple package” and how those characteristics are manifested into success. Ms. Chua discovered that a sense of superiority, humbled with insecurity and mixed with self-discipline were found among the most successful* groups of Americans. Ms. Chua indicated that these characteristics are found also at the individual level and motivate exceptional leaders.
