Habits to Avoid as a Great Leader

In Jack Zenger’s and Joseph Folkman’s recent post on Harvard Business Review, they reveal the nine habits all good decision makers avoid.  After collecting data from over 50,000 leaders, the two found the most significant habit to avoid is laziness — the “failure to check facts, to take the initiative, to confirm assumptions, or to gather additional input.”
