After a start in the Big 4 and serving in business for 15 years, Cindy combined her passion for people, business, information and technology with her entrepreneurial spirit to form an executive search firm with the goal of helping organizations achieve their goals by recruiting blue-chip leadership. »
From this beginning, the business grew organically and by referral, expanding into a broader range of industries, positions, and markets. Today, our firm conducts national and international searches at the senior, executive, C-Suite and boards of directors levels, continuously growing through recommendation, referral and client retention.

In 2012, at the conclusion of our 12th year of business, it became clear that the firm had outgrown its name, which no longer captured the essence of our values-based, service-driven identity. We sought a fresh expression of our firm, brand and culture, becoming known as BeecherHill.
Our history and origin are reminders of the importance of focused, values-based work. For many years now, we’ve made our home at Beecher Crossing. Therefore, it seemed only natural that Beecher would follow us to our new identity. And Hill references the name of our Founder, on whose values the firm was founded. Together, they pay homage to our roots while giving us a strong identity for the future.
